04 / A PLAN, THEN A PERFORMANCE

Less guesswork.
More presence.

  1. 01

    Shape the show.

We agree the event, audience, camera angles, audio inputs, run of show and deliverables.

  2. 02

    Test the details.

We confirm the venue, power, internet, camera paths and audio routing before the broadcast.

  3. 03

    Capture the moment.

The agreed crew records and operates the show, with clear roles and a planned schedule.

  4. 04

    Keep it working.

Receive the agreed recordings, with selected clips, highlights or promotional assets on the delivery schedule.

A few details worth knowing

Four live angles, thoughtfully placed. The kit draws on two RED KOMODO cameras, a Sony FX6 and Sony a7S III. Final formats and live inputs are confirmed through the production test. A separately recorded action-camera angle can be discussed; a fifth simultaneous live input is not yet included.

Time is the full call. Ten-hour calls include load-in through wrap. Additional time is billed at 1.5× the derived hourly labor rate after 10 hours and 2× after 12, subject to the applicable crew agreement and requirements.

Audio follows the input plan. A venue stereo feed, multitrack capture and an independently mixed concert are different scopes. Microphones, splits, channel count and venue stage sound are agreed before booking.

Clear delivery. Standard clips and highlights are delivered within 5 business days of receiving assets and approved selections. Larger edits, rush work, camera originals and multitrack delivery are confirmed in the quote.

Planning has boundaries. Broadcast coordination and content planning are included as scoped. Full event organization, ticketing, talent booking, ongoing social management and paid advertising are separate engagements.

A NOTE ABOUT YOUR BUDGET

Read the handwritten note

My listed rates are the standard for commercial and brand work. Across all my services, I’m open to discussing a rate that reflects your project’s size, type, and needs.

If you’re making an independent or micro-budget project, or working toward a cause you care about, let’s talk. I may be able to offer a reduced rate, or occasionally work pro bono when I have the time and resources. These decisions start with a conversation about the project, your budget, and the support you need.

Your written estimate confirms scope, crew, equipment, payment, travel, expenses and cancellation terms before booking.
